Cause for alarm??
Read this article from A&M's Tierra Grande Jan. 2018 publication. Interesting read but most rural Realtors already knew this fact - foreign investors are buying up our Texas land. Some holding and some developing but one thing is for sure - they is no slowing down on foreign investors buying land in Texas!
